In this unit, you will find various mentoring programs for different target groups – high school, university students or marginalized groups* of young people. Programs match successful people in different fields with young people who can learn or get advice from them. There are various forms of mentoring programs – either online or offline; generally focused on educational or career advisory or focused on the development of specific projects or activities together. We have selected some of them that tackle mentoring in various ways and are innovative and could be multiplied by other organizations in other countries.
Marginalized groups* are within a given culture, context, and history at risk of being subjected to discrimination due to different attributes such as sex, gender, age, ethnicity, religion or belief, or disability.
