Youth organisations and youth workers have a great potential of providing essential knowledge and tools to young people to help them for current or future quest for employment. This module is very important as it offers youth workers this valuable knowledge, which they will be able to share easily with young people and therefore multiply its effect. It follows a logical path, as it focuses first on the identification of current skills, abilities, wants, and values of young people, then on the identification of personalized ways to develop themselves according to their professional goals, and finally on the ways they can promote their profile and look for opportunities efficiently.
