An online platform where students, through a set of questions and exercises, carry out the self-evaluation in order to be able to be self-aware of their potential. Young people are often unaware of their strengths and talents and therefore inappropriately choose their future career path. After the test, they explore and realize what they enjoy in the life, what they are good at, what to build on and what profession or field of study to choose. The whole concept of the platform is based on the theory of Gardner’s multiple intelligence*. This can be based to set their path for self-development since students also write down their action plan with the next steps to their promising future. All results after the test are also generated in the report. The platform’s ambition is not to replace the psychologists, career and educational counselors, but actually facilitates, clarifies and speeds up these experts’ work. They use the results of the platform in order to provide better career guidance to students.
*The Theory of Gardner’s multiple intelligence states that to capture the full range of abilities and talents that people possess, people do not have just an intellectual capacity, but have many kinds of intelligence, including musical, interpersonal, spatial-visual, and linguistic intelligences.
