The consortium* of the partners of the project “Trio2Success” has developed the textbook for those involved in vocational guidance and counseling. The textbook consists of 13 scenarios that are intended to support the development of seven selected competencies. The topics are focused on self-knowing, communication, decision-making, creativity, positive thinking, resilience and teamwork. All sessions aim to develop competences, professional skills, entrepreneurial mindset and guidance to young people to successfully enter the job market. The scenarios can be used all together or the trainer/youth worker/teacher can select only one or several separate scenarios and exercises, taking into account the size, interests and dynamics of the group. Recommended group size is 10-30 people. The recommended time for the scenario – 90 min (two combined class hours with a break).
