Aim: To link the job seekers with the job vacancies to meet the needs of both employees and employers.

Description

Aragón Employment Institute was established in 1999 and since then, it helps people to find their dream job and employers to get a job they are satisfied with. This project creates an online platform or database* of “Virtual Offices“ and the “Emple@application” that enable companies to publish their offer. Then, job vacancy** management links the company with suitable applicants. The Institute also provides individual tutoring by individualized career guidance process and training measures on how to contact companies, write a good CV or job application letters, prepare for interviews, set up a company or educate about digital literacy***. To sum up, all the activities lie in the middle of job matching and job creation, as they provide information and advice on self-employment. This practice is co-funded by national and regional tax revenues and European Social Fund.

*Databases are a collection of organized information that can easily be accessed, managed, and updated. Database systems are very important to your business because they communicate information related to your sales transactions, product inventory, customer profiles, and marketing activities.

**Job vacancy is a job which has not been filled, yet.

***Digital literacy means having the skills you need to live, learn, and work in a society where communication and access to information is increasingly through digital technologies like internet platforms, social media, and mobile devices.
