There are various ways youth workers and NGOs can implement events in the field of job matching based on the skills, interests, or ambitions of young people with employers seeking workers. During the events, various activities can be prepared:
– presentation of the companies;
– presentations from successful people sharing their advice regarding the labor market;
– workshops about how to write CV, application letter, about public speaking,
– job interviews simulations,
– testing possibility and get free language or IT certificate;
– opportunities for mobilities, research, internship
– introduction of the labor market of some other countries, how to start a business there.
Events can also be specialized and intended for concrete target groups, e.g., young researchers, foreigners or those living abroad. You can start cooperation with Eures, Euraxess, local labor office or other institutions.
