EURES network services for the unemployed and and jobseekers are free of charge instead for employers provided by operators other than public institutions may be subject to a fee.

Support services under the EURES network may only be provided by authorised entities, i.e. public employment services (labour offices) and designated (accredited) organisations in a given EU or EFTA member states, meeting relevant criteria. These entities hold the status of the so-called “EURES members” or “EURES partners” – depending on the scope of their participation in the network – and they provide their services through designated staff – primarily EURES advisers and assistants.
