Unit 4 – Ensuring recognition at European level

Now that you know about yourself and you know how to adapt to the employment market and develop your skills, employers need to see you in your best light and recognize your value. In this unit, you will focus on the tool Europass and some additional tips for your international CV and letter of motivation. Also, taking into account that non-formal learning remains often ignored and undervalued, you will learn about the YouthPass which is a certification that recognises the value of what young people learned beyond the classroom setting. At the end of the unit, you will know the best ways to find a job at the national, European, and international level.
